Hospitality, the Irish way — warm, unfussy and always enough.

House of Chessie is a small baking and gifting house built around the ritual of tea. We bake scones the way they are made in Irish kitchens — barely handled, baked hot, and shared while still warm.

Around that ritual we've built three ways to gather: a monthly Society box, gift parcels for the occasions that matter, and afternoon tea brought to your own table.

Tasting Notes: Warm orchard apple folded through a buttery crumb, finished with cinnamon sugar. Pairs beautifully with a strong, malty Irish Breakfast.

Inspired by one extraordinary host.

Chessie was my grandmother's nickname.

She believed hospitality wasn't about perfection — it was about making people feel welcomed, celebrated and at home.

This House exists to continue that tradition — in every box we bake, every parcel we wrap and every table we set.
