The Monthly Society
Baked for you each month. Pause or cancel whenever you like.

Once a month, a box leaves the House: six handmade scones, a tea chosen for the season, and a short letter. Baked to order, never ahead.
September was always the month the kitchen smelled of apples. The first cool mornings, the orchard giving up its fruit, and a pot of tea that could stand a spoon in it. This box is our love letter to that turning of the season.

Baked the morning your box leaves the House.
A loose-leaf tea chosen to sit well beside the scone.
What we are spreading on it this month, and why.
A recipe, a memory, a small piece of Ireland.
How to warm a scone properly. It matters more than you think.
Baked for you each month. Pause or cancel whenever you like.
A parcel a month for three months, with a card written in your words.
Half a year of slow mornings for someone you love.
Twelve releases — the whole Chessie year, from January's brown bread to December's spice.
Delivery across McKinney, Prosper, Frisco, Plano, Allen and North Dallas — or collect from the House. Memberships begin with the next release.
On the first of the month, members receive word of the new release — the scone, the tea and the story behind both.
We bake to order in small batches, the way scones are made in Irish kitchens — barely handled, baked hot.
Boxes are wrapped in tissue and House livery and delivered across North Dallas, or collected from the House in McKinney.
