A Society box wrapped in tissue and House livery, ready for delivery
The Scone & Tea Society

A monthly ritual of scones, tea and a slower morning.

Once a month, a box leaves the House: six handmade scones, a tea chosen for the season, and a short letter. Baked to order, never ahead.

This Month's Release

The Scone
Apple & Cinnamon Scones
The Tea
Irish Breakfast Tea
Tasting Notes
Warm orchard apple folded through a buttery crumb, finished with cinnamon sugar. Pairs beautifully with a strong, malty Irish Breakfast.

September was always the month the kitchen smelled of apples. The first cool mornings, the orchard giving up its fruit, and a pot of tea that could stand a spoon in it. This box is our love letter to that turning of the season.

The Rhythm of the Society

Three movements, every month.

I.

The Release

On the first of the month, members receive word of the new release — the scone, the tea and the story behind both.

II.

The Bake

We bake to order in small batches, the way scones are made in Irish kitchens — barely handled, baked hot.

III.

The Delivery

Boxes are wrapped in tissue and House livery and delivered across North Dallas, or collected from the House in McKinney.
